  I have lived here 6 years and feel very comfortable here. It is actually in the city of Jurupa Valley, but management and owner don't acknowledge that. The washer/dryer in the apartment is one of the perks that keep me here. And the ice maker in the fridge is one of the little things that delight me. Unfortunately, if the rent goes up another $100, I won't be able to stay on a single income.
